Members may cancel their Inner Circle Membership at any time. Please note that following cancellation, your access to the membership benefits, including one-on-one coaching, group chat, workshops and classes, group coaching sessions, and mentoring centre access will cease immediately.
 

To cancel your membership, you must inform us in writing by sending an email to support@dougdane.com stating your intent to cancel. Please include your full name and registered email address in your cancellation request.

We provide a 30-day refund policy for the Inner Circle Membership. If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or membership upgrade.
 

To request a refund, please contact us at support@dougdane.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]". Please provide your full name, registered email address, and the reason for your refund request in the email body.
 

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days of receiving the refund request.

For those who have an annual membership and wish to upgrade to the Inner Circle Membership, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the remaining balance of your subscription upon upgrading. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining duration of your annual membership at the time of the upgrade.

We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
